I think we have the right to know if a certain company doesent fullfill its promises. HOWEVER WE HAVENT HEARD BOTH SIDES OF THE STORY just a claim there are no hard facts to show SPG isent a reputable company. One person has made a complaint, and a company instanly gets a bad image. Well what if its a false complaint? The company could loose business because of this slander and liable. On the other hand the complaint could be genuine and help many future people to avoid the same problems and hassle. So the question is should we allow this type of activity to go on on the internet. It seems like many things happen on the internet that wouldent be allowed anywhere else. You can share music freely violating copyright laws and find all types of information(true and false). The internet is a great thing when its not abused, but it is, and the laws have to be adapted to apply to its curcimstances. In my opinion this should be allowed, but when abused by people falsifing information to damage the image of another, there should be some punishment. Well what do you think?
